Quite often when I am leaving I am told: Thank you for coming. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any suggestions on how to respond? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You're welcome doesn't make any sense. &lt;br /&gt;It's my pleasure is a lie and inappropriate. &lt;br /&gt;It's my duty smacks of non-desire to be there. &lt;br /&gt;Because it's my honor seems to be the best response, but seems a bit too aruthurian.
